fantastic family stay
perfect temperaturegood varietycarpet cleanliness
the pools are a highlight, especially for families with children over 130cm tall, as they can enjoy most of the slides. the water temperature was perfect. i found a good variety of simple food with many dishes to choose from. also, the range of pools provided ample space for everyone to enjoy.
The lack of cleanliness in our room was disappointing. The carpet was not vacuumed , and some furniture had old, dirty spots, i thought that should have been cleaner

the water park had many pools and slides suitable for different ages and preferences. the pools were heated and very big, this was perfect for a winter holiday. there is a bus station next to the hotel, it is very convenient to use public transport.

breakfast and dinner offered multiple choices. the dinner selection was different every day, this kept things interesting. a kid's section ensured even the little ones found something to enjoy though i did find the service to be slow.

the pools are fantastic! the reception staff and waiters are super friendly. i loved that my kids could play in the playroom while i relaxed in the lobby bar knowing they were supervised. it created a stress free experience for everyone.
the waterpark diner could be better. the food quality wasn't great, and the service felt slow. it was disappointing as there weren't many other lunch options available.

I encountered a couple of problems . The room smelled bad upon arrival. the minibar was empty, not ideal after a long trip. I expected more from a resort of this caliber, especially given the price.
